Dana has recently joined the Century Team as our Service account manager. She is a graduate of Clarkson University’s Engineering management program and has experience in the equipment, controls, and customer service sectors of the HVAC industry.
Dana is a great communicator and excels at listening to customer requests and addressing their HVAC service needs. She can tailor a solution to your specific needs whether it is a demand service call, a system recommendation, equipment replacement, or maintenance requirement.
She serves as our clients’ point of contact and works with them to problem-solve and exceed their expectations.
