Rick got his start in the commercial heating and cooling business at the age of 16, working in the warehouse of his father's company. His career trajectory has taken him from truck driver to installation mechanic to service technician to CEO.
As president and owner of Falso Heating, Rick eventually sold the business to a significant commercial HVAC manufacturer. After a few years of working for the larger enterprise, Rick got the entrepreneurial itch and left to form Century Heating and Cooling.
Rick uses his engineering insight and vast experience in the industry to design HVAC systems tailored to his clients' needs and budgets. He has a knack for taking projects that are seemingly over budget and offering solutions that reduce cost without compromising performance.
